Our Service Advisors are responsible for delivering and sustaining a fantastic experience for all our service and vehicle repair customers. This is a customer-facing role handling all customer needs in an efficient and professional manner.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

You will liaise with the workshop and technicians to progress work throughout the day and keep the customer informed, also upselling other products where appropriate. Lastly you will maintain customer records such as vehicle details and service histories accurately and efficiently. 

As a Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for the submission and monitoring of all Warranty claims for the site. This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams and is crucial to ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.

As a Workshop Controller you will lead day to day operations for our busy workshop, supervising and motivating a team of Technicians.

You will ensure that all customer requests are planned for, to ensure an efficient flow of work is carried out in a timely manner. This requires continuous communication between the workshop and Service Advisors to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

You will have a significant impact on department profitability by ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency, utilisation and upsell.
