As a Head of Business you are responsible for maximising dealership profitability through the sale of vehicles, associated products, parts and service labour hours. You will also ensure efficiency of all departments, controlling cashflow, stocks, and assets at a level commensurate with profit and business plan requirements, producing a satisfactory return on investment. 

Leadership and excellence in people management and development is also vital to create an engaged team who strive to deliver class leading service to create strong long-lasting relationships with our customers.

As a Sales Manager you will lead the team to provide the highest standards of quality service for our customers also meeting sales and profitability targets on vehicles and finance and insurance products.

You will ensure the team are fully trained on the full range of vehicles, administration requirements and compliance on the sale of finance and insurance products.

You will adhere to all brand requirements on product display, stock and campaigns.

You will work closely with the Head of Business to review management accounts, producing and reviewing financial objectives, raising any areas of concern and implementing any new ideas for business growth opportunity.

You will also be responsible for dealing with customer feedback, handling complaints in a fair and equitable manner for all parties ensuring root cause is identified and solutions implemented to minimise chance of recurrence. 

As an After-Sales Manager you will lead the team to provide the highest standards of quality service for our customers also meeting targets on service hours sold, parts sales and associated products such as warranty and service plans. You will ensure the team are fully trained on the product, administration requirements and compliance to manufacturer standards.

You will work closely with the Head of Business to review management accounts, producing and reviewing financial objectives, raising any areas of concern and implementing any new ideas for business growth opportunity.
