"I’ve had three cars from Skoda Swansea now, and I honestly can’t fault them. The cars have all been excellent, but a big part of why I keep coming back is the customer service. I’ve always dealt with Ryan, and he’s been brilliant from start to finish every time. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help if I have any questions or need anything sorting after I’ve bought the car. Nothing ever seems like too much trouble, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers. Ryan is a real credit to Sinclairs, and I’d happily recommend both him and Skoda to anyone looking for a car."

The whole process was friendly, helpful, and completely no-pressure, which made a real difference. Joe Kelly, the salesperson I dealt with, was excellent throughout. He was very personable, professional, and communicated clearly at every stage. His knowledge of the vehicle and the wider motor industry was impressive, and he always made sure I felt comfortable and informed. I also really appreciated being able to carry out the test drive on my own, which allowed me to properly experience the car at my own pace without any pressure. "Look, car dealerships are no angels. However, as always I found my most recent mot experience to be polite and efficient. No comment on Sinclair Skoda but when I deal with them I can almost forgive the industry for the amount of money they have to charge. At least Sinclair add some value."
