Sustainability Policy

We recognise the part that our industry has historically played in the generation of greenhouse gasses. In partnership with the Manufacturers we are embarking in a new direction with the rapid rise in availability of alternate fuel vehicles. At the same time, we have to make sure that our internal operation of the Business is delivered with as little as environmental detriment as possible.

Our Group Environmental commitment is to help all our employees, customers and suppliers understand the responsibility they have in protecting the environment and to minimise the impact they have on it.

From senior management to junior members of staff; engagement and training is essential to achieve the behavioural change necessary to address the scale and urgency of the climate emergency.

We want to consistently operate to high standards of environmental awareness and protection appropriate to our business activities.

To achieve this we will:

• Ensure that all team members are aware of our position on the Environmental issues and provide suitable and sufficient information and instruction to help improve their understanding.
• Minimise and where possible, eliminate all forms of pollution.
• Minimise our usage of natural resources, using renewable energy sources wherever possible.
• Avoid waste and encourage the appropriate conservation, re-use and recycling of resources.
• Properly manage hazardous waste from generation through to licensed disposal.
