Founded in 1986 Sinclair Finance & Leasing transpired as a result of the Sinclair Group to
offer credit to retail clients after increasing demand showed there was a niche in the market
that the Sinclair Group needed to fulfil. Sinclair Finance & Leasing currently has around 500 independent clients with a fleet standing at 2500 cars & commercial vehicles.

Each year our fleet profile has steadily increased to include larger accounts and our
reputation for quality has ensured we are benefiting from excellent customer retention.
This growth was in fact awarded in 2008, with Sinclair Finance & Leasing being named one
of Wales’ top 50 fastest growing companies – A fitting testament to our unrivalled customer
care, flexibility and professional approach to fleet management.
