Apprentices

As an Apprentice Technician you will be working in a busy workshop with our qualified technicians and have the opportunity to work on the latest cars, engines and diagnostic equipment.

Your apprenticeship training will take place over a 3-year period and will combine on-the-job training with classroom programmes at our brand training academies. This will lead to Qualified Service Technician status with a Level 3 nationally recognised qualification in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.

Our Parts Departments play a vital role in the daily running of our service department, ensuring that the right parts are available for the every customer and every job in our workshops.

You will be helping colleague’s pre-pick parts for workshop use and assisting in the control and location of stock by ensuring the correct receipt and storage of incoming and outgoing parts.

You will be supported with on-the-job training whilst building up a portfolio to contribute towards your final qualification. We will ensure that throughout your career you have the opportunity to enhance your skills through continuous internal and external training programs with our brands.

Our Service Advisors are responsible for delivering and sustaining a fantastic experience for all our service customers. This is a customer-facing role handling all customer needs taking the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need during their visit to our Service department.

As an Apprentice Service Advisor you will work closely with an experienced Service Advisor who will coach your day to day learning on the job. You will also attend training at our brand training academy so that at the end of your 2 year apprenticeship you’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Service.
