Administration

As a Sales Administrator you are a key member of our Sales Team providing high quality administrative support.

You will be responsible for enabling us to deliver customers cars by raising invoices, taxing vehicles, updating manufacturer systems, registering warranty policies, ensuring all parts of the delivery process has been completed.  This will ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they enter the showroom to the point they pick up their new car!

This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, you will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.
 
You will administer all preparation work required for vehicle arrivals, supporting the service team with telephone enquiries and bookings, complete invoicing, and update systems to ensure customer and vehicle records are accurate.

As a Finance Administrator you are a key member of our Sales Team providing administration support when car purchases are financed. You will manage from start to finish the whole customer journey of finance application to execution working to Group, Brand & regulatory standards.

You will communicate progress and decisions to sales executives and customers meeting all documentary requirements for final approval by the finance supplier.
