It also does not scream "electric" either - as it just looks like a high-quality tool for your business for your business from the outside too.

Front Design

The cargo area is the "business end" of the van, though, and because the batteries are hidden under the floor, you get a completely flat loading deck with 6.7 cubic metres of space.

It is also square and easy to ply-line, with plenty of lashing points to keep your tools or deliveries from sliding around as well, which we liked to see.

Interior Load Height

Inside the cargo area, you also have a height of 1,410mm, which is due to the batteries being stored under the floor, allowing you to get the exact same headroom as the standard diesel Transporter as well, so there should not be any surprises here if you are used to the traditional diesel van version.

Load Space Features

We also liked that the usual rev counter dial in the driver’s instrument cluster has also been replaced with a power meter that includes a charge level indicator.
