"We recently took our Evoque in for a recall, and I honestly couldn't fault the experience. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Even though our vehicle is far from brand new, we were treated as though we were purchasing a new car, which was greatly appreciated. We were provided with a brand-new Land Rover Discovery courtesy vehicle for the day, and our Evoque was returned with a full valet, which was a lovely touch. The level of customer service we received was outstanding throughout, and I would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"I originally purchased my used land rover discovery 2 years ago from the Aberystwyth branch. Unfortunately I had lots of issues with that branch and wasn't happy at all, as I live in Swansea I asked to deal with that branch in future. All remediation work was carried out in JLR Swansea not long after I bought the car (bodywork no mechanical issues) which were done beautifully. Since then they have also done my service and today under took my MOT. I've possibly been in around 4/5 times over the last 2 years. Grant, the gentleman I deal and always have, is always professional and a genuinely really nice guy who makes sure everything is as it should be and you're happy. Today was no exception the team do a lovely job. My car sadly with 3 children and house renovations/moves doesn't get as much love and attention cleaning wise as it deserves, I always tell them not to worry as 90% of the time it's absolutely filthy but they always return it to me washed and vacuumed regardless. Thank you to the person who draws the short straw to clean my car, I promise my home isn't the same! It's most appreciated and one less thing for me to sort-from a busy, shattered mum!!"
