"Today was my second visit to Mercedes of Neyland. The first visit was for a full health check on my beloved Slk 250 cdi amg, this was carried out promptly and very professionally despite the fact that I hadn't booked, a video presentation was sent to me, and the few faults found were quoted for, all of this, no charge at all! They were absolutely brilliant, Alan Walters in particular, the service adviser, could not have been nicer and more respectful. Today, we returned for a booked appointment to have the work identified carried out, as well as some other bits and pieces. They were immediately ready for us despite our early arrival, we waited for our car to be done, and it was completed in a short time, in faultless order. Both Alan Calverley, in the parts dept, and again, Alan Walters, in the service dept, are to be commended for over and above service, and we paid a very reasonable invoice for exceptional standards of work. Even though my Slk is over 10 years old, they treated it as if it was new, and it was returned in unmarked condition. It seems fashionable these days to criticise main dealers, but as far as we are concerned, Mercedes of Neyland are brilliant, and in us have lifelong and loyal customers."
