"I recently purchase a car from David Curtis at the Bridgend dealership. I was very impressed with how responsive he was from the initial inquiries maintaining excellent communication to help me in my decision to buy. I didn't live local, so seeing the car was an issue for me. David sent me a really helpful video the day I first spoke to him, and after I'd put a deposit on the car arranged for small works to be completed ahead of me visiting. On the dayI visited he was really helpful, explaining the features and answering any of my questions. Even questions about the local area (as I was staying overnight before driving home). He gave me a good price for my older Mercedes and made the transaction really smooth. I only wish I lived in the area (now I have the car) and could get this garage to do the services etc. My own MB dealer is very good, but this garage was certainly more welcoming.
