"This is my sixth VW purchased from the Sinclair VW Group since 2018, with three of them bought through the Bridgend dealership thanks to Gareth, Wayne, and Leon. Funny enough, my relationship with the Bridgend team started because I couldn’t get a service appointment at Cardiff. I booked my first service at Bridgend instead, and ever since then I’ve continued returning there for every service — even when it means waiting or travelling further. Wendy is an outstanding Service Advisor and honestly feels like the “doctor” of my cars. Not that I’ve had many issues (touch wood!), but whenever I need advice or help, she’s always at the end of the phone ready to assist. My current VW Passat (20 plate) is now approaching 75,000 miles and still drives like new, which is a real credit to the servicing and maintenance provided by the dealership. It’s also consistently returning over 70 MPG. Because of the excellent service I’ve received, I also purchased a second used VW and continued having that serviced at Bridgend too. My experience has been so positive that even a friend of mine bought her first car through Sinclair VW Bridgend and has loved it as well. Since 2025, I’ve relocated twice — first to North Somerset and now Surrey — but I still happily drive 2–3 hours back to Bridgend for servicing because the level of care and customer service is worth it. The reliability of the VW brand combined with the amazing after-sales service honestly makes it incredibly difficult to even consider switching to another brand A huge thank you to Wendy and the wider team for always looking after me and my cars so well."
