Terms and Conditions

<sub>¹Please contact your local Audi Centre for a copy of the Approved Used Warranty Cover Booklet for further details. Valid for vehicles up to 8 years old and up to 100,000 miles at point of activation.

²Subject to the following terms, the Approved Used Vehicle detailed in the agreement signed between the Customer and the Audi centre (the Agreement), may be exchanged for another Approved Used Vehicle at the same retailer, provided that: (a) The Approved Vehicle is returned to the supplying Centre either within the 30 days of the delivery date or the Approved Vehicle has covered no more than 1,000 miles since delivery to the Customer (whichever is sooner); (b) The Centre is satisfied that the Customer is a private purchaser and not a trade purchaser or otherwise; and (c) The Audi Centre is satisfied that the Approved Vehicle is in the same condition save for reasonable wear and tear as at the time of original delivery to the Customer.

The Customer may choose any vehicle as the Replacement Vehicle, provided that the Replacement Vehicle: (a) Is of an equal or higher price to the original invoice price of the Audi Approved Vehicle; and (b) Is readily available from the same Centre’s stock.

Before any change is effected under the Agreement, the Customer shall be responsible for making all the necessary arrangements relating to terminating, transferring, or taking out or otherwise dealing with the financing arrangements, if any, for the purchase of the original Approved Vehicle and/or the Replacement Vehicle. Any exchange shall be subject to the Centre being satisfied with such arrangements. In particular, if the original Approved Vehicle is subject to a Hire Purchase Agreement, a new Agreement must be completed and the relevant deposits paid by the Customer.

Where the Customer wishes to exchange an Approved Vehicle for a Replacement Vehicle with a higher price, the exchange will not take place until the Customer has paid the Centre the price difference.

The Customer will be solely responsible for additional costs incurred in the exchange for licensing or insurance. Any such costs must be paid for in full prior to completion of the exchange.

The exchange will only apply to the Approved Vehicle as detailed in the Agreement. Only one exchange will be considered and the exchange programme shall not apply to any Replacement Vehicle.

The exchange programme and the Agreement does not affect any of the Customer’s statutory rights.

³Audi approved vehicles subject to up to 150 checks as part of Audi approved preparation and handover process. Some checks may be 'not applicable' to your particular vehicle depending on vehicle model, trim line, age. Electric vehicles subject to up to 133 checks.

⁴Subject to eligibility. Audi Car Insurance is arranged, underwritten and administered by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited.

⁵Service Plan covers: 1 x Oil Service, 1 x Inspection Service with replacement Pollen Filter. Excludes engines 4.0L and above, A8, A3 TFSI e models up to MY2025, Q3 TFSI e hybrid and fully electric vehicles. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule at an Audi Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. ⁸Retail Customers who purchase an Audi Approved Used Audi fully electric Q8 e-tron, Q6 e-tron, e-tron GT (including RS) or A6 e-tron vehicle, from a participating Audi Centre between 1st April 2026 and 30th June 2026 inclusive, and take delivery of this vehicle between 1st April 2026 and 6th July 2026 inclusive, can receive either:

(a) a 7kW Ohme Home Pro home EV charger (5m tethered cable) with standard installation;

or

(b) a 7Kw Ohme ePod home EV charger (untethered) with standard installation. The incentives are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. A customer is not entitled to receive both of these incentives.

A customer is not entitled to receive both EV chargers.

This offer is open to UK residents, aged 18+.

To receive the Ohme home EV charger, you must be (a) a homeowner or (b) a renter with the landlord's permission, and in each case have off-street parking at the property. You must be a full time resident at the address where the home EV charger is installed</sub>
