HISTORY OF THE AUDI Q2

Introduced to the Audi lineup in 2016, the Q2 has become a popular model in the brand's collection over the past nearly decade. While the Audi Q2 remains in its first generation, it underwent a facelift in 2020 - where the SUV received a few styling tweaks including new front and rear bumpers, making the 2020 models a slightly bit longer than 2016-2019 versions. Audi also released five new paint colour options, which included Apple Green and Turbo blue shades, as well as even more engine options.

The entry-level Q2 features an efficient yet powerful 1.0-litre petrol engine (30 TFSI). This engine delivers a maximum torque of 170 Nm, enabling the Q2 to achieve a top speed of 110 mph and accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 11.5 seconds. Additionally, the Q2 is available with 1.5L and 2.0L petrol engines, as well as a 2.0L diesel option.

If you're looking for a bit more performance, we recommend the 2.0L petrol or diesel engine options. The 2.0L 40 TFSI engine offers a thrilling 0-60 mph time of 6.8 seconds and a top speed of 139 mph, thanks to its impressive 320 Nm of torque. On the other hand, the 2.0L TDI option takes 7.1 seconds to reach 0-60 mph but matches the petrol version's top speed of 139 mph. However, the diesel engine excels in fuel economy, achieving up to 55.3 mpg, compared to the 2.0L petrol's 44.1 mpg. Whichever option you opt for, the Q2 is sure to provide an exceptional driving experience.

The Audi Q2 offers a classy and user-friendly interior, providing seamless connectivity and entertainment. Within the Q2 you'll be greeted with a high-resolution 8.8-inch MMI touch colour display.
