During the current climate of uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak, we understand that some customers may be concerned about their ability to maintain the payments of their finance agreements.

We’re here to support customers in any way that we can to ensure their ownership experience runs as smoothly as possible at all times.

Our powers under the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) however mean that we do not hold the regulatory permission to discuss the detail relating to any payment concerns. All such matters must be directed to the finance house as detailed on your finance agreement.

We would encourage anyone who is worried about payments to contact their respective finance house at their earliest opportunity. They will do their best to help in order that a solution may be worked out and your mind can be put at rest.
