I would like to thank you for the service I received at the Sinclair Group recently, I feel its important to pass on any feedback when I receive excellent service.

My passat RA55HXH (job 32406) car came in last Tuesday for a diagnostic check,replacement steering Colum electrics and a minor service. As a contracts manager myself for Wales and the West Country, the most important information I need is;

1. What is the fault
2. How long are repairs going to take
3. What is the cost.

This is exactly what I got within the first five minutes and it was completed that day exactly as stated.and further more the car returned was washed and hovered.

I have always thought of main dealers as sometimes expensive, but when you consider that when my car first broke down it was towed to a leading Cardiff electrical auto centre,they had it for two days never contacted me, could not repair the fault and it was returned to me in the original state. Therefore I had two lost days of business being stuck in the office. Not so cost effective is it !

Well done to you and your staff for a well run operation.

I notice it has been pointed out that my car requires a new cam belt, for which your service advisor has given me a costing I cannot see myself considering other garages even if they are cheaper, after my experience this week.

We have been so pleased with the team at Sinclair Cardiff VW garage. On contacting the garage the staff (ladies) who picked up the phone were so cheery, helpful and polite. The sales team were also brilliantly helpful,well informed and really polite.

We were trying to find our daughter a car as she is a student nurse in Cardiff, but we live in Somerset. We went to our local VW garage, that miss sold us a new polo by saying we could have £1000 off (no other dealer doing this deal) and free year insurance, when they knew our daughter's age (19 yrs), her current car (polo - as they always serviced it). It turned out when I was reading the small print on the VW website that insurance could only be part of the deal for 21yrs plus. When I contacted the salesman at our local garage to see if this was correct - he said no. My husband suggested I contacted another VW garage and check. We phones Cardiff Sinclairs- as our daughter would probably get it serviced in Cardiff, and salesman confirmed my fear. I then contacted my local VW garage and the salesman was not available, when he finally returned my call he never apologised - just said he had £500 deposit did I want to loose it. This was when my husband got involved. This experience totally put us off VW - until we spoke to Gemma your lovely salesperson.

Gemma was great from the start, she listen to what we wanted, came up with a deal to match that of Bridgwater VW and came up with a car to meet our budget, my daughters wish list and you are local to our daughter. My husband and I feel assured that Jess and her new polo will be looked after. We have bought the GAP and servicing packages and these were explained very well by another salesman. Gemma has kept us informed of progress, explained every stage and reasons so that Jess understands car buying and the processes, which is great and has regained our trust in sales people.

We are yet to collect our daughters new polo, but are confident that when see does it will be a good experience and the car will be perfect.

Once again please thank your team, especially Gemma and hopefully you will beat Bridgwater VW sales!

They have me a much needed cup of tea then phoned Accident Exchange, who incidentally were a throoughly professioanl and efficient firm to deal with, to secure me a brand new similar car the next day to my doorstep. After taking car of my unroadworthy car, your staff then helped me transfer my considerable paperwork to a waiting car then took me home. Your staff certainly know how to treat their customers, you must be very proud of them.
